out its responsibilities, the Title IX Coordinator shall work with and receive support from the Title IX Compliance Team, which shall consist of the Campus President/Executive Director or designee at each US Colleges’ campus, Director of Employee Relations,
and Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, where applicable. Inquiries or complaints that involve potential violations of Title IX may also be referred to the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.
